With our bizhub PRO C6500, we can provide high speed output of up to 65 prints per minute or a maximum of 3900 prints per hour in both colour and black and white, to help you stay ahead of heavy workloads and tight deadlines.

• Spectacular High-Definition Color Images.  New Simitri® HD Color Polymerized Toner utilizes smoother ultra-small granules to sharpen text, enhance fine detail, and reproduce a wider color gamut with rich tones that resist fading for excellent long-term quality.  Low-temperature oil-less fusing technology also produces high-quality, low-gloss documents that can be easily annotated, over-printed and folded without degradation.
• Heavy and Coated Stock.  The bizhub PRO C6500 handles heavy and coated paper stock - up to 300 gsm, with full duplex capability up to 256 gsm.
• Precise Registration Adjustment for front and reverse sides means we have accurate alignment within 1mm. Particularly useful for printing tight register, back to back work and books. With our inhouse perefect binding department, short run book work has become popular. Providing a lot more inexpensive than going to a traditional publisher.

Black and White High Volume Photocopying.

All Zip Print shops are equipped with the latest digital technology. Digital laser copiers scan your original/s and convert to data which is simultaneously fed to the electronic RADF and stored for subsequent use. This enables you to remove your original/s for safekeeping or for immediate use elsewhere, whilst the job is being run. 600dpi resolution with text and photo mode enhance facility enables us to reproduce photos and half tones, sometimes improving on the original/s. Increase contrast mode automatically darkens the scanned image without affecting the background. Particularly useful when copying very light text, like handwritten pencil notes.
Other features of the digital copiers enable us to photocopy directly from your disc, saving you time and enhancing quality, particularly useful for those multi-page jobs such as training manuals. Other features such as 'step-and-repeat' and 'non-image area enhance' enable our trained staff to get the very best quality on every copy.
Zip Print shops are equipped with the latest Itec/Konica machines. At copying speeds of over 5000 copies per hour, here machines can produce your work quickly and of the highest quality. The machines will also collate and staple a job if required.

Once again Zip Print is right up there with the latest technology. The KIP 3100 Large Format Printer and Plotter produces black and white prints, with a 600 x 600 DPI resolution for superb image quality. The powerful built in software and digital capability enables us to:

• accept any autocad files by any method including email
• scan from original, including colour to file with a 600 DPI resolution.
• 2 roll capacity in the machine and a touch screen panel, enables us to produce the job faster and more efficiently.

Colour Litho Printing

Inhouse full colour litho printing capability enables us to print full colour brochures, full colour leaflets, calendars etc, which can then be varnished, folded, punched or creased, if required. Our factory trained staff can produce this work in days rather than weeks.
